when using VNC display, a VNC client gets disconnected quite often
by the QEMU VNC server, depending on connection speed, amount of
display updates and so on.

This is because qemu tries to send large amount of data when doing
display updates, and once it fills in local kernel buffers (which
can be easy since bitmap data is large), it treats the EAGAIN error
returned by the kernel as fatal error and disconnects.

There's a trivial patch applied upstream to fix this issue.

Setting severity to important because this problem seriously impacts
availability of a very common usage of qemu.
