Well, that's not the excuse of setting up barrier for those users. My thought is that if those users really shouldn't report bugs *via* *reportbug*, then the reportbug program should notify them inside reportbug UI (together with user support information suitable for them), in *their* lauguage. -- Sincerely, Boyuan Yang
