  o please don't update from a DNS round robin rotation such as
    ftp.us.debian.org.  Pick one (fixed) upstream mirror.
  o please use a more recent ftpsync version.
    http://mirror.nodesdirect.com/debian/project/ftpsync/ftpsync-current.tar.gz
    (this also has ARCH_INCLUDE support in addition to the old ARCH_EXCLUDE)
