Bug#833112: still happens in pyew 2.0-4

Dear Maintainer,

 Bug#833112 still happens in pyew 2.0-4 when python-tk is not installed.
Supposedly "TK should only be needed for the GUI commands" [*] but you 
get that "loading file: 'pdf'" error running pyew in CLI without 
python-tk package installed.
