Hello. I simply tried to change something in control file of .deb so I entered: deb-reversion -k 'vim DEBIAN/control' somefile.deb This unfortunately opens vim but with empty file, so what's the correct way to use hooks? Could you please document it better? regards fEnIo - -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.15.2 Locale: LANG=pl_PL, LC_CTYPE=pl_PL (charmap=ISO-8859-2) Versions of packages devscripts depends on: ii debianutils 2.15.2 Miscellaneous utilities specific t ii dpkg-dev 1.13.13 package building tools for Debian ii libc6 2.3.5-12.1 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an ii perl 5.8.7-10 Larry Wall's Practical Extraction ii sed 4.1.4-5 The GNU sed stream editor Versions of packages devscripts recommends: ii fakeroot 1.5.7 Gives a fake root environment - -- no debconf information -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.2 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFD422xhQui3hP+/EARAiEZAJ4lpKsEIP7X9pSGJvs0DX7sgO1FYgCgtrhZ JmRMQenzZZERIRKy2niJt6A= =4+0d -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
