Dear Maintainer,

I had some attention to the eye of a debian maintainer and finally
cleaned up our distributable tarball in Kupfer v304, so it doesn't
contain any crufty unused files that you have to account for. At the end
of my email I put a proposed new version of the copyright file (just
removing the sections that don't matter). The package should now build
using Python 3 with the waf script too (For example using `python3 waf
configure ... ` in Debian).

I looked at the debian package patch queue and what I can see they
should all now be upstream, except for the keyring patch. That one is
N/A to the new version of kupfer.

Best
Ulrik
