Running the test-suite as unprivileged user on my development laptop,
only 11 tests are skipped:

test-barrier
test-boot-timestamps
test-bus-benchmark
test-bus-kernel
test-bus-kernel-bloom
test-bus-zero-copy
test-capability (**)
test-dhcp-server
test-execute (**)
test-namespace (**)
test/udev-test.pl (**)

(**) tests that require root.

Running as root, only 7 are skipped:

test-barrier
test-boot-timestamps
test-bus-benchmark
test-bus-chat
test-bus-kernel
test-bus-kernel-bloom
test-bus-zero-copy

Comparing to what's skipped on the buildd, the following additional
tests are run on my development laptop:

test-bus-chat
test-bus-cleanup
test-bus-creds
test-bus-gvariant
test-bus-kernel
test-bus-match
test-bus-track
test-engine
test-path
test-sched-prio

Running "dbus-run-session -- make check", test-bus-chat runs
successfully. I wonder whether the rest requires a system bus. Maybe
they could be changed to work with a session bus.

And the remaining 3 tests are skipped because of MANAGER_SKIP_TEST.
Not sure if we can do something about this, as it seems to require a
booted system with systemd. We could copy those into libsystemd-dev
though and execute them as autopkgtests.
