the cmake of compiz says so: No package 'gnome-window-settings-2.0' found No package 'gnome-desktop-2.0' found and in the summary: "metacity theme support : No" I guess it could be updated/ported like every other mate package, although it's not confirmed it would fix the problem. thanks for your interest! -- Ksamak Free software hacktivist
