I would like to see it included in the Debian GNU/Linux distribution, hence I filed a wishlist bug report (feature request) on the Debian BTS (Bug Tracking System) [2]. [2] https://bugs.debian.org/854170 The maintainers of TeX packages in Debian explained [3] to me that this inclusion requires the LaTeX package to be part of TeX Live.
