Package: libbz2-dev Unfortunately upstream bzip2 does not provide a pkg-config file for libbz2, which people who like pkg-config could use when compiling their software against libbz2.
For example, Fedora adds such a file, which they have called bzip2.pc, themselves in their RPM package: see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1289576 Someone notes here that they made a similar request to upstream in December 2015, but apparently without a response: https://github.com/libimobiledevice/sbmanager/issues/1#issuecomment-163919580 Please consider adding a local patch so that the Debian libbz2-dev package also provides a pkg-config file, bzip2.pc.
