inkscape package in jessie backports, as every inkscape >=0.92, needs libpango of version >=1.37.1 to render fonts correctly. However, the package dependency says "libpango1.0-0 >=1.22" which is not correct. Look at upstream bug for more details: https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/1658446/comments/2 Of course, another part of this bug would be that there is no libpango package in jessie-backports, of a sufficient version. We need to rebuild/backport it from testing.
