Package: ftp.debian.org
Severity: normal

cryptkeeper works as intended with encfs from jessie, but if you
use it to create a new encrypted directory with encfs from stretch,
it sets the password to "p" instead of what you typed. (#852751)

This is because it "types" into the stdin of what is meant to be an
interactive CLI, without any attempt at parsing or recognising prompts,
and the sequence of prompts presented by encfs -S has changed in stretch.

This seems hilariously bad and I would like to recommend that the package
is dropped from unstable. The version in unstable was uploaded in 2011,
so users who really want it can fetch it from wheezy or jessie if needed.
