I don't have a good solution for you but as a workaround you can disable the dynamic menus: Open /usr/share/apps/konqueror/servicemenus/kdesvn_subversion.desktop /usr/share/apps/konqueror/servicemenus/kdesvn_subversion_toplevel.desktop and comment out the X-KDE-GetActionMenu= calls. In addition you have to remove the comment sign in front of Actions= to enable the static context menues. I informed upstream and maybe we can find a solution for this problem but for now you will have to live with this workaround, sorry.
