The udd side part is already live and a new dump (that contains help items) was generated. The only difference I made, was changing the 'help-tag' name to a simpler 'help' as it makes it more in line with 'newcomer' tag. Thanks for writing those patches :) As for testing udd modifications, you can simply run them locally while using public udd mirror [1] as db backend (just change the connection string).
