Since jessie runs kernel 3.16, and 3.16 binfmt can't handle byte 36 in the binfmt masks (see #843032), and since we don't have an easy workaround for this, I'm reverting this change for stretch. For stretch+1 it wont be an issue, since stretch will be running a capable kernel, but I see no other solution for stretch itself. Especially this late in the release cycle, unortunately.
