while installing the PostGIS extension for PostgreSQL, libsfcgal1 got installed. It depends on optional libopenscenegraph, which depends on hundrets on many audio and video codecs (ffmpeg and others). >From my point of view, only very few people want these packages on a server, which is about to store and provide spatial data. Furthermore, SFCGAL's website mark OpenSceneGraph and Qt as "optional".
