could you please update the tkcvs package? It supports Subversion

This new version of tkcvs doesn't work with Debian's current version
of tkdiff. I am talking to the tkdiff maintainer now to decide how
we go about resolving this particular problem. The packing of the
new version is done, it just won't work until a new package of tkdiff
is available also.
