So far, i think everyone who has reported this problem is using: * fvwm + pinentry-gtk2 I've just tested, and i'm also able to replicate the problem with this combination. Vincent has been unable to replicate the problem with: * fvwm + pinentry-curses And I've been unable to replicate the problem with: * openbox + pinentry-gtk2 * openbox + pinentry-qt * openbox + pinentry-gnome3 * openbox + pinentry-curses Unfortunately, i don't know enough about fvwm and how it might affect kbd grabbing to know what the right thing to do here is. --dkg
