The outdated dependencies were not strictly picked up, the pgrouting packages only depend on postgis packages, not build depend. I've added postgis to the build dependencies to force the pgrouting package to BD-Uninstallable state on architectures where postgis is not available. The old postgis packages were correctly removed from mips*, only old revisions of arch:all packages remain in the mips* Packages files.
