Oh, I understand this now.  You are building and then trying to push
the same version as is in the archive.  And push does a fetch first,
which means there are two
  python-llfuse_1.1.1+dfsg-5.debian.tar.xz
(one from the archive, and one from the build).

I will improve this.

For now you can work around it by bumping the version in the
changelog.
