That's right. In such cases, I do not say "fails to build when using
dpkg-buildpackage -A" in the Subject itself. If I say that in
the body, it's just for completeness. A good bug report should
be exact and accurate, and "dpkg-buildpackage -A" is what I really did.

Not just apparently. I said it clearly in the bug report:

"I tried to build this package in stretch [...]"

Sorry, no. There are too many broken packages in unstable,
and Lucas Nussbaum and Chris Lamb already report most of them.

Please don't say that. This was an issue when I reported it, because
packages in stretch *must* be buildable in stretch. This is
just Release Policy, not an invention of mine.

Well, maybe this is a bug in sbuild.
