The "Push failed, ..." message should be printed only once, at the
end.

(Also it might be useful for the message to mention dgit quilt-fixup,
as another way to generate the dgit view git branch without having to
generate a source package.

However, in any case, if --dpm was actually necessary, the approach of
trying to use `debuild' would fail because debuild's source package
wouldn't contain the .gitignore changes.)
