Package: magic-wormhole
Version: 0.8.2-1

I spoke with Brian Warner, the magic-wormhole upstream, and we concluded
that one risk for the debian package is that if it becomes really
popular and the magic-wormhole transit server becomes really expensive
to run, it would be a bummer for him.

as a result, we decided that the debian package should default to using
magic-wormhole-transit.debian.net, which i've registered as currently
just a cname for transit.magic-wormhole.io (the upstream default).

if, in the future, traffic from debian wormhole clients becomes too
expensive for Brian to float, we can simply set up another wormhole
transit server and repoint magic-wormhole-transit.debian.net to it.

Note that the debian package should continue to use the default
rendezvous server, which consumes far less bandwidth, and is necessarily
a singleton for nameplate resolution and rendezvous.

Only the transit server should be tuned in the debian package.
