I may well be confused or simply wrong, of course.

I get a sense from your mail that I may have irritated you.  I would
be happy to try to talk to you some other way, by phone perhaps.
That's often a better approach than writing long emails to try to sort
out someone's misunderstanding.  Or if you think it would help, we
could ask someone else to try to help deconfuse our conversation.

If you'd like to try a phone call or something, please send me some
details (eg, availability, timezone, location) by private email.

Otherwise I can try to explain again why I think I need the suite
codename, and try to explain my thinking about some of the things that
seem wrong to you.
