Package: python-matplotlib Version: 2.0.0~rc2-1 Severity: important User: debian...@lists.debian.org Usertags: broken-symlink adequate
Dear Maintainer, Adequate reports broken symlink for python-matplotlib. Adequate shows - > adequate python-matplotlib python-matplotlib: broken-symlink /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/matplotlib/backends/web_backend/jquery/css/themes/base/jquery-ui.min.css -> ../../../../../../../../../../share/javascript/jquery-ui/css/smoothness/jquery-ui.min.css Now there are two problems with the symlink. One the path shown is wrong. Apart from an images sub-directory there is no other directory under /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/matplotlib/backends/web_backend/jquery/css/themes/base/ . What it should have shared probably in the symlink, the path should have been /usr/share/javascript/jquery-ui/css/smoothness/ but unfortunately there is no ui.min.css even there. /usr/share/javascript/jquery-ui/css/smoothness> ll -h total 8.0K drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4.0K 2016-11-10 16:06 . drwxr-xr-x 3 root root 4.0K 2015-09-28 08:49 .. Please fix the same. -- System Information: Debian Release: stretch/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (100, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 4.8.0-2-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_IN.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_IN.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) (ignored: LC_ALL set to en_IN.UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages python-matplotlib depends on: ii libatk1.0-0 2.22.0-1 ii libc6 2.24-8 ii libcairo2 1.14.8-1 ii libfontconfig1 2.11.0-6.7 ii libfreetype6 2.6.3-3+b1 ii libgcc1 1:6.2.1-5 ii libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0 2.36.0-1 ii libglib2.0-0 2.50.2-2 ii libgtk2.0-0 2.24.31-1 ii libjs-jquery 3.1.1-2 ii libjs-jquery-ui 1.12.1+dfsg-3 ii libpango-1.0-0 1.40.3-3 ii libpangocairo-1.0-0 1.40.3-3 ii libpangoft2-1.0-0 1.40.3-3 ii libpng16-16 1.6.26-6 ii libstdc++6 6.2.1-5 ii python 2.7.11-2 ii python-cycler 0.10.0-1 ii python-dateutil 2.5.3-2 ii python-functools32 3.2.3.2-3 ii python-matplotlib-data 2.0.0~rc2-1 ii python-numpy [python-numpy-abi9] 1:1.12.0~b1-1 ii python-pyparsing 2.1.10+dfsg1-1 ii python-six 1.10.0-3 ii python-subprocess32 3.2.7-2 ii python-tz 2016.7-0.2 pn python:any <none> Versions of packages python-matplotlib recommends: ii python-glade2 2.24.0-5.1 ii python-imaging 3.4.2-1 ii python-tk 2.7.13-1 Versions of packages python-matplotlib suggests: ii dvipng 1.14-2+b2 ii ffmpeg 7:3.2.2-1 ii ghostscript 9.20~dfsg-1 ii gir1.2-gtk-3.0 3.22.5-1 ii inkscape 0.91-12 ii ipython 5.1.0-3 ii librsvg2-common 2.40.16-1 ii python-cairocffi 0.7.2-1 ii python-configobj 5.0.6-2 ii python-excelerator 0.6.4.1-3 ii python-gobject 3.22.0-2 ii python-gtk2 2.24.0-5.1 pn python-matplotlib-doc <none> ii python-nose 1.3.7-2 ii python-qt4 4.11.4+dfsg-2 ii python-scipy 0.18.1-2 ii python-sip 4.18.1+dfsg-1 pn python-tornado <none> pn python-traits <none> ii python-wxgtk3.0 3.0.2.0+dfsg-3 ii texlive-extra-utils 2016.20161130-1 ii texlive-latex-extra 2016.20161130-1 ii ttf-staypuft 0.04-7 -- no debconf information -- Regards, Shirish Agarwal शिरीष अग्रवाल My quotes in this email licensed under CC 3.0 http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/3.0/ http://flossexperiences.wordpress.com EB80 462B 08E1 A0DE A73A 2C2F 9F3D C7A4 E1C4 D2D8
