We should *just* get through this if the block is lifted before then (4/10 days into the mandatory migration delay) but if we have problems with the unblock we might get an exception (I emailed Niels about this on -release some time ago). *After* that we could consider 2.3.0-1, as long as it was uploaded and migrated before Feb 5: > Feb 5: Full freeze
