Errr... I am not the maintainer. The maintainer is:
PKG OpenStack <openstack-de...@lists.alioth.debian.org>

I am not part of the openstack team, and never have been.

Looking at the changelog, I have never made an upload, so really don't
know why you think I am the maintainer.

I simply reported this bug. Reporting a bug doesn't magically make me
the maintainer.

If somebody wants me to do a NMU of some random package that I do not
maintain, I really do need to asked before the freeze. I can't subscribe
to every bug report for every package just in case somebody might ask me
to do a NMU.
