This implies the ‘gpgme’ library didn't like some value provided to it
(and the library doesn't give much more information than that).

There is an experimental ‘dput’ built to use a different,
better-maintained GnuPG library. Can you try again with ‘dput’ version
“0.11.1”, which is in the Debian ‘experimental’ suite?
