Hey, chromium is a big piece of software and includes many third-party modules. Unfortunatelly the copyright file is not correct for some files. third_party/WebKit/public/platform/WebContentLayer.h et.al. are BSD-2-clause instead of BSD-3-clause. As the maintainer of QtWebEngine, that is using a chromium copy internally, you can see the copyright file for this copy: https://anonscm.debian.org/git/pkg-kde/qt/qtwebengine.git/tree/debian/ copyright#n2849 (you find chromium source under src/3rdparty/chromium/) I've only checked that BSD-2-clause and GPL-2 parts of WebKit are missing in the copyright file. But I think with further searching will show more differences.
