* What led up to the situation?
- Trying to upload files from a phone to a laptop
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
- Pair the phone with the laptop (successfully), then try to send
the file with the phone (failure). Then I tried enabling
file-sharing, but nowhere was a "Bluetooth" option to be found.
* What was the outcome of this action?
- Impossible to send ly file to my laptop
* What outcome did you expect instead?
- "Share" the file via Bluetooth and find it in my "Public" folder
or in my "Downloads" folder.
