When using logcheck with strongswan as of today there are a lot of unknown messages reported. This change updates it to the now used log output, so that logcheck can ignore those expected messages. This change is a carry forward for a while now, we might have to update it to match strongswan 5.5, yet it should match better than the currently supplied logcheck files - so it should be a good first step. Note: The new rules make no difference on the logcheck report levels anymore.
