There was a trust router release in October.
At one level, this release is probably functional enough that it would
be nice to have included in stretch.
At another level,    there have been enough upstream bugs files that I
don't think it's stable enough to include and support for the lifetime
of stretch.

However, I think  we're in a good position to put something into
experimental (and then stretch-backports) very soon.  Also, now that
freeradius 3 is in Debian, we should be able to get that infrastructure
enabled.
I think shortly after the release of buster, we can close this bug and
let moonshot-trust-router migrate into testing.
