Here is a minimal example, purely only with GAP, no Sage involved. You still need sagetest.g from my previous email, but you don't need to download my compressed workspace, the following commands will generate it: $ rm -f test.w $ { echo 'LoadPackage("GAPDoc");'; echo 'SaveWorkspace("./test.w");'; } | gap -q -b true true $ { echo '\$SAGE.tempfile := "./gap.out";'; echo '?FieldByMatricesNC;'; } | gap -q -b -L ./test.w sagetest.g "./gap.out" #W corrupted 'manual.six': ##W (in stream: InputTextFile(/usr/share/gap/doc/t\ ut/manual.six)) #W corrupted 'manual.six': ##W (in stream: InputTextFile(/usr/share/gap/doc/c\ hanges/manual.six)) #W corrupted 'manual.six': intro.tex 1.
