This bug has been recently reassigned to the vpnc-scripts package, which has seen several changes since the affected version of vpnc. Can you please retest with the current vpnc-scripts package (version 0.1~git20160829-1) and report back if this issue is resolved or still exists? If it does still exist, is it precisely because your gateway provides a vpn with a netmask of 0.0.0.0? -- mike
