Changes since the last upload:
* QA upload.
* Use OpenSSL 1.0.2 instead 1.1.0 to fix FTBFS. (Closes: #828292)

- Drop ekg2-dbg package.
- Bump dh version to 10.
- Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.8.
- Change XS-Python-Version to all.
