Hi!
"locale" dir is not installed (compiled po=>mo) and there are not
translations avalaible.
To fix you need to append to debian/pysiogame.install this line:
locale usr/share/games/pysiogame/
I did it and found an incomplete spanish translation.
I attach a patch (quilt format) to update i18n/po/es_ES.po
Also you need to compile in debian/rules (in binary-indep target), with
something like this:
