cythonize generates code like

char __pyx_k_tmp_python_gssapi_1_2_0_gssapi[] = 
"/tmp/python-gssapi-1.2.0/gssapi/raw/sec_contexts.pyx";

where the source path "/tmp/python-gssapi-1.2.0/" is embedded twice

This makes debug symbol packages unreproducible.
