I packaged python-twiggy as a dependency of bugwarrior, but the dependency was quickly dropped as it turned out to cause more problems than it fixed over the standard Python logging. No other packages have introduced dependencies since, and I don't feel it would be a good use of my time to continue to maintain this through the stretch lifetime now that it is no longer required by any packages currently in Debian. Please remove python-twiggy from unstable. Thanks, Iain.
