The lintain error 'php-script-but-no-phpX-cli-dep' is due to a bug[1] in lintain. The package already has a dependency on php-cli (this is recommended). There is a patch for lintain avialable that fixes this error. As for piuparts, the error is due to PHP package[3] and not due to this package. For lintain pedantic error 'debian-watch-may-check-gpg-signature', created an upstream bug requesting the author to sign.
