Package: aptitude
Version: 0.4.1-1
Severity: normal

If you run aptitude without being root, you see

"E: /home/gpk/.aptitude/config - Unable to open %s for writing (13 Permission
denied)"

The "%s" clearly is supposed to be a substitution, but someone
forgot to supply the file name to substitute in.
