'wishlist' is a severity in Debian, these are actually bugs. > And note that this problem is _exactly_ why someone has gone to > all the trouble of packaging an *unofficial* version of v1.5.x... Which one ? which package ? why is there no patch in this list to provide us some help ? There are already 2 official unofficial packages released on this list, made by Toots and me (thus by the Team), you can use and test to help us have a final package. *nobody* replied to my demand, and i'm not happy with the current 1.5 package quality, that's why it was not uploaded, not even in experimental. Once upon a time, i was maintaining an unofficial 1.4 package ; there now a team, and a proper 1.4 package. Things went slowly into shape, but here they are. Among the team, only Toots and I are working on the packaging, and among the readers of this list there ni *no* tester / helper. You all want stuff done perfectly and are not even thinking about giving some help, then i come to the conclusion i'll release a package when i'm happy with the package quality and people complaining can go to hell directly. Next messages of this kind will now be moderated and dropped. -- Marc Dequènes (Duck)
