Dear Maintainer,
Running 'apt-get dist-upgrade', syslog-ng couldn't be restarted because the
default config file requires the template function "format-json" which is
not installed because syslog-ng-core doesn't depend on the package
syslog-ng-mod-json where the template function "format-json" is found.
