Dear Maintainer, I have receved an upsteam bug report that there is a broken link in above documention file. I am not a user of this package myself. The link to "Academic Free License, Version 2.1" appears to be broken, and returns 404 on the https://opensource.org web site. It appears that the licence text can be found at https://spdx.org/licenses/AFL-2.1.html, though I do not know if this is the correct link.
