Bug#844290: criu FTBFS if source directory has a tilde in it

Hi,

if the criu source directory contains a tilde, the package fails to
build from source, e.g.:

apt-get source criu && mv criu-2.7 criu-2.7-2~local1 && cd
criu-2.7-2~local1 && dpkg-buildpackage
