mylg provides many network diagnostic functions, including querying looking glasses, DNS lookup in different countries, local ping and traceroute, HTTP ping, and port scanning. It can look up RIPE (ASN, IP/CIDR) and PeeringDB information and includes a web dashboard along with a traditional CLI with vi and Emacs modes, autocomplete and history. Upstream already provides .debs, although I don't know how they're generated.
