Me too. fvwm is not officially orphaned, but its maintainer Vincent W. Chen hasn't posted anything since 2015-02-25. This includes the fvwm-workers list: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]&q=from:%22Vincent+W.+Chen%22 And since then, there has just been a NMU.
