Bug#838778: libatk-wrapper-java: crashes JVM when launching a java application

The respective assertion is added by Debian patch "check-thread".

For testing purposes, I rebuilt the package without that patch. In that
case, the crash does not occur. (But that probably leads to other
problems...).
