php4 version 4:4.4.2-1 will return false if ctype_digit() is passed an
empty string. However 4:4.4.0-4 will return true. This causes unexpected
results in existing programs.
Example on 4:4.4.0-4:
<?php var_dump(ctype_digit('')); ?>
returns: bool(true)
Example on 4:4.4.2-1:
<?php var_dump(ctype_digit('')); ?>
Returns: bool(false)
