libselinux/2.6-3 was just ACCEPTed into unstable, creating the corresponding udeb. It would be great if you could apply the patch to util-linux packaging in the near future. (Be aware that adding a udeb will cause the package to go through binNEW.) It would probably be best to also bump the Build-Depends on libselinux to (>= 2.6-3~) to make sure that no udeb with invalid dependencies is generated. I can provide an updated patch if you wish.
