Bug#843356: enigma plugin does not seem to work anymore

Hi,

I just noticed that the enigma plugin does not work anymore, because it
cannot find GPG.php which is in php-crypt-gpg. And yes, that package is gone
because it is no longer installable with the gnupg version.
